Elder Care's mission is to ensure that mature adults live happy, healthy independent lives by linking them with the vital services necessary to maintain maximum independence in their home environments.

Through our programs we offer a broad range of services to seniors and their caregivers including: case management, adult day health services, caregiver support groups, home care services, specialized primary healthcare, physical therapy, and a social networking group.
